Unfortunately no, there is not housing at the venue. We will have transportation from the Courtyard Marriott, Homewood Suites, and Residence Inn hotels in Poughkeepsie where we have room blocks reserved.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside and the reception will be indoors. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place indoors as well.

For folks wondering about shoes, we recommend bringing your dancing shoes for our indoor reception, and opting for a nice flat or block heel as our wedding ceremony will be taking place outside on grass.

Yes, we will have transportation provided to and from Red Maple Vineyard on the day of our wedding that will make stops at the hotels where we have room blocks. If you choose accommodation outside of where we have blocked rooms, we recommend planning your wedding transportation in advance. Please note that Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are likely scarce in the Poughkeepsie area. In addition, some residential roads can be quite dark at night. We highly recommend arranging a Designated Driver (DD) prior to the night's festivities so you keep safety your first priority!

Yes, right here! Our registry includes a few small things for our home but is primarily focused on supporting some charities that mean a lot to us. We’re excited to bring our friends and family together to celebrate, and hope that we can use this chance to do some good. In lieu of gifts, we would much prefer donations to these organizations.
